A higher proportion say that the public is to blame for the delay (28%) than those who say it is the Government (23%).
Two in five say that they are equally to blame (38%).
A majority of English adults are concerned that some restrictions may stay in place indefinitely (56%).
This rises to three in five of those aged 18-34 (62%).
Two in five (43%) English adults say that restrictions should be lifted after the new 'terminus date'.
Just 13% say it should happen on the original 21st June date, with three in ten saying it should be on the new 19th July date.
