- Around half of MPs (45%) are concerned about local authorities’ ability to provide children’s services given cuts to local government

- Almost half of MPs (45%) say that the figure of two thirds of looked after children having a special educational need is higher than they expected
- Two in five MPs (42%) say that the figure of 52% of pupils with SEN progressing to Higher Education compared to 63% without SEN is higher than they expected.
