- Half (52%) of respondents are most likely to agree that fitness or being active is equally important for their physical health as it is their mental health.
- 2 in 5 (42%) say more time to themselves at the weekend would encourage them to be more active in their everyday life.
- Approaching two thirds (62%) did not make a New Year’s resolution related to their personal fitness.
The majority of respondents (59%) say they spend £1-£49 on takeaways per month with a further 10% spending £50-£99.
